Located on the 4th floor of a building of the 60s, the studio benefits, in its existing situation, of a double orientation and clear views on a very green environment. In the projected situation, two volumes are added to the existing volume in order to transform the studio into a one bedroom apartment. The technical areas are grouped in the center of the apartment, close to existing technical hoppers and in the darkest area of the project. The facades are released to accommodate day spaces, front facade, with access to the terrace, and night spaces in the back. The spaces become through to create a long perspective allowing views to the front and back landscape. Finally, the project aims at the flexibility and versatility of spaces.
