The project involves the creation of a semi-public internal street to reveal data volumes of the original building while offering spaces of transition between the public space of the street and the private housing. This has materialized in the development of 24 apartments arranged in multiple typologies: simplex or duplex. Response to the tender in cooperation with the offices Delvaux [stability] and Détang [Special techniques]. Project Winner. Phase: Approval of the bid package.
