- The Saint-André primary school is located at the heart of the Outremeuse neighborhood in Liège. The project consists in creating four new classrooms on the first floor of the North wing for the primary section. This space was previously unexploited by the school and only accessible by a spiral staircase located at the extreme end of the wing. The project also proposes a new reflection on the school entrance in order to reinforced the link with the neighborhood.
