The office "&sens Architects" is active in building with very high ecological and architectural value. The activities of this office are oriented collective passive dwellings , eco-neighborhoods, public buildings and energy efficient offices . This office conducted the first multi-family housing building in Brussels ensuring a positive energy balance by considering all the energies of the housing (from heating needs until the end of the range).
&sens Architects acquired great skill in mastering technical subjects related to this type of construction and created the engineering and consultancy office "ecoRce", that has become a reference on the Belgian real estate market.
