Wiertz - Housing and cultural space

Programme

Two distinct programs are developed on the site, ensuring the best cohabitation between the parts intended for housing and those intended for artists. The redevelopment of the rear building of 3 levels into 7 artists' studios open to temporary residence and associated with an exhibition space on the street side corresponds to the program of the Commune of Ixelles. The program is complemented by the realization of 16 housing units for the Fonds du logement.
