Potiers-Verdure - Housing

Programme

The purpose of this project is the demolition of the R+7 housing bar "Potiers I" and the reconstruction of social housing that would recreate a building frontage in the neighboring streets. The landscaping of the entire area is also to be designed. The urbanistic approach of this project is to recreate an island with the R+12 building "Potiers II" and to give a real identity to the Potiers street which crosses the site. Two built volumes are therefore highlighted.
