Located to the rear of an existing Victorian terrace, this newly constructed, single storey, building, is located within the grounds of the original house and provides a working environment for two designers. With a tight budget the clear brief of natural light, robust materials, and storage lead to a simple plan arrangement of two flanking walls that integrate storage and bench seating, freeing the centre of the plan for a wide variety of working arrangements. Constructed between July 2017 and December 2017.
