Situated close to the station and city centre, this cluster offers a diverse mix in terms of functions, housing units and population. Given the scale of the work, the opportunity was seized to reconvert the former industrial bakery, the Coopérative l’Avenir, into well-insulated compact units using energy and resource-saving techniques. The building is in a landscaped setting.
