The answer given to the client's wishes : some adaptations of the volumes, the restructuring of the existing windows, the opening of large bay windows and the extension of the space in a completely glazed extension to the south. The reflection is also strongly oriented toward energy : re-insulate the entire envelope and optimising the solar contributions by the large windows while limiting the risk of overheating thanks to the portico on the south facade, also fulfilling the role of privacy screen. Thanks to these transformations, the contact with the garden is maximized and the living rooms form a very open and ultra-luminous volume on 2 levels.
