The project is developed in the interior of the block: - the third annex is partially dismantled to be restructured with the existing toilet (second annex). This allows to free the garden area. The annexes receive a homogeneous treatment. The garden area is more qualitative. - The kitchen annex is enlarged on one level. The new volumetry does not exceed the rear façade of the first annex and the rear limit of the neighboring buildings. The extension is one level high to minimize its height, to preserve the initial reading of the volumes (their hierarchy) and not to block the view from the main volume towards the hillsides. The project does not include any new materials in relation to the existing materials.
