Between the Meuse and a park of 25 hectares, MeuseView participates in the effervescence that animates the Belgian border with the Netherlands. In harmony with the new "Euregio" bridge, which facilitates access to the Trilogiport, MeuseView wants to be an input signal from the motorway for the commune of Oupeye and the Liege region from Maastricht. As a true landscape binder, the project would become an attractive pole with its ramble on the Meuse's edge, its shops, cafes and restaurants, ... Presented to the MIPIM in 2016, the architecture is contemporary and audacious. The materials used are sober and homogeneous. The facades are mainly covered with a brick of medium gray tone. The high volumes are highlighted by a light colored facing. These markers are unique, light, aerial and dynamic.
