Active since 2009 in Liège and Brussels, Leitmotiv Architecture promotes a creative, pragmatic, efficient and sustainable approach in the development of architectural projects .
We work with private clients, government (ULG, Commune of Berloz, Commune of Soumagne), social-cultural (Infor-Jeunes, MuziekPublique) and professionals (Calzedonia Finanziaria, Bemac SA, Assurco SPRL).
For each project we define a new creative line to provide the most adaptated response depending on the specific opportunities and constraints.
We consider the relationship of a project to its environment (built, natural , social, political , historical, economic) as a driving force in our creative process. We defend a voluntary and non-conformist approach for this aspect .
Our curiosity for art feeds our analysis methods. We define a driver concept that we apply in forms and spaces to create a coherent and relevant architectural project.
The spatial and energy efficiency, the constant search for economic solutions, the use of simple techniques and durable materials are our constant concerns.
