I feel concerned about the notions of territory, the men’s settlement in this territory, his historical and cultural footprint.
I like to think that the evocation of a territory’s structure may provide a better understanding of those places where we live, and maybe the way we live.
Those interrogations remains predominant in my commissionned work on landscape and architecture. The IN/OUT Project (2012 – 2015) aimed at documenting the urban transformations of the city of Mons, Cultural European Capital in 2015.
I regularly collaborate with architects, landscape architects or artists, sometimes on long-term projects.
I always work with a large-format camera (4x5 inch), whether through my personnal or commissionned projects.
I am a member of La Grotte, photographers collective.
