In the particular environment of the city of Charleroi, characterized by the crisis on each level of society (economic, social, political, institutional, administrative…), the question of how to « build the city » suddenly becomes more relevant. NFA is invited to a closed competition, with four other offices, which has the distinctive feature of being organised by the holders of the property.
